Naked Breakfast Fatty

Instead of stuffing the chub, I decided to do breakfast with the fatty still naked (except for some pork rub).  :P  Cheesy biscuit, fried egg and sausage.  Very yummy.  Now back to waiting on lunch (spares and a wagyu tri-tip).
