Made up 4lbs GB jerkey using 96% lean and LEM Backwoods Cajun seasoning.  Now have plenty of turkey and GB jerky for the next few days.

I'm thinking of doing the same thing, for a couple of reasons, 1) I like things kicked up a notch on the heat scale and 2) It will ensure that no one else in the house will eat all my jerky and it will last longer. 8)

You said the right word might get me through the games on Sunday, this stuff don't last very long around here.  And this Sunday I will be on the road again heading to Salt Lake City, I hope my iPad/Slingbox combination is working so I can watch the games along the way.  ;)
