Lookin real good to me. I like GB jerky..I have my mother in law's recipe, but I add red pepper flakes to mine. Pam .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
I'm thinking of doing the same thing, for a couple of reasons, 1) I like things kicked up a notch on the heat scale and 2) It will ensure that no one else in the house will eat all my jerky and it will last longer.
