My 1st Fatty
« Reply #-1 on: September 13, 2014, 08:50:44 AM »
I am in a fantasy football league with some guys at work. If you lose the week you have to bring in breakfast for the league and guess who lost the first week.

I have never done a fatty before but I did not want to bring in something like McDonalds so I decided to do a fatty and I wanted to make sure there was enough, so I did two. I copied several different posts from here. You guys are great with your posts. Thanks

This was a real big hit at work. I will be doing this again and each time I do them I will change it up. I thought about doing a bacon cheeseburger this way. :P

Both were given a generous sprinkle of Super Pig

Picture heavy…

Onions, Taters, Green Peppers, Garlic in CI Pan

Bunch of eggs

My first ever weave

Sausage in a bag to make it easier to spread on weave. Cut the sides of the bag

Stuffed with all the good stuff.

Both ready for the next day cook after work

Smaller one is ready. Good thing I made two, way too tempting to just cut this and wrap for work. Way too tempting.

Second one made it all the way to work.

Beautiful job.  I am partial to the naked fatty, but a stuffed one is great too.  One suggestion.  Run your weave on the diagonal for a really awesome look.

Your not kidding about the jackets Las Vegan. I remember a bunch of us Canadians going to San Diego just after New Years day and it was 65 degrees so we were running around with shorts and tee shirts. All the locals had fur coats and gloves on. We thought they looked stupid. So they really must have thought we looked stupid. And we got to eat dinner with Sonny Bono and his Mother because we lied and said we were from the Hamilton Spectator newspaper and we were doing a review. A great time.

We can always tell who the tourist are from the northern climates, they are always the ones running around in shorts and tee shirts in Dec/Jan and a few of them are sun bathing out by the pools.

They also have legs as white as someone around here that we all know to well.  :P

Thanks everyone for the comments.

sliding_billy, do you have a pic of a diagonal weave?

And for the record, it is in the 90 and humid as a wet blanket here.  :o
