De-boned and skinned some chicken thighs because they are going right over the fire........

Used Miners Mix Poultry Rub (these are turning out to be my go-to rubs)


All rubbed down and into the fridge

i haven't try the chicken one yet but the maynards is great on ribs.

I have tried them all Sparky and they are all excellent!! Gonna get some of his chorizo mix next!!
