« Reply #-1 on: October 08, 2014, 09:26:01 PM »
Put a tenderloin in italian dressing & stuck in fridge  for a couple hours.
Smoked @ 200F for 90 min till temp about 110F & packed & vacuummsealer packed.
This afternoon put a defrosted one on the grill & gave a good sear!
Quick cook , came out med-medium rare.
still got 3 more packs!

They are round so it makes it fun to watch someone eating them with chopsticks. ::) :P
