Well we decided to stay another week on the mountain and here are a few things we cooked

Burgers (didn't get but one picture)

Next I wanted to try the Grill Plate by GrillGrates out to see how good it worked with bacon

Yes that is a flame up from the bacon grease
 
Then we finished the night with French Onion soup
(will have the recipe post tonight or in the AM)

Sorry about bad pictures all I had was my cheap phone :(
