Let's try this again
« Reply #-1 on: October 19, 2014, 07:32:31 PM »
New iPhone and getting used to it
Chicken rubbed up

Start the stuffing

Cooked up the meat and set aside

Sautéed the veggies

Added to the pre seasoned bread with some chicken stock and mixed up

Let's start some scalloped potatoes. Got a new electric mandolin slicer

It grates cheese

And slices potatoes

Basic cheese sauce, start with a roux and add half and half and the cheese. Build in layers

Bake that in a 375 oven with the stuffing for an hour and a half.
Birds done after an hour and a bit at 375 on the Mak

Stuffing done

Taters done

Here's your plate

Holy chicken Batman! Looks great all the way around. I see some mayo on that bird....excellent.

I made scalloped potatoes tonight too. Yours looks better. Mine kind of broke. I will try your technique next time.

DAYUM, SCALLY!!!  That looks mighty good!!  I'd love a plate of that right now.  Just arrived home a few hours ago.  No food in the house.  Couple of drinky-poos and some cheese and crackers.  I'll take what I can get.

What a meal!!   That looks awesome, through and through!

The electric mandolin would be super handy-- I've never seen one of those before!
