WOW Bacon Wrapped Tenderloin
« Reply #-1 on: October 20, 2014, 06:26:46 AM »
I was wondering what to make for lunch and looking through the freezer I remember the post by HOS http://www.letstalkbbq.com/index.php?topic=11176.msg151951#msg151951

Taters, Onions, Garlic ready

Taters, rest of bacon and some brats on while the tenderloin seasoned with WOW and wrapped in bacon sets for about 45 minutes or so.

Brats are done and loin is added

Moved to direct heat, getting real close

Loin was pulled to rest for a 30 minute foil wrap. Bacon and some jalapenos added and about 5 minutes or so before pulling cheese was added.

That was good.

You da MAN, RAD!!!

Between you and H O S (Michael) y'all have the Weber part of this forum covered.  That guy can come up with more good stuff on a Weber than the "Weber Man" himself.
