Great Steak

1 & 1/4 lbs strip, seasoned & cooked over charcoal.
Hot fire with oak chunks on one end steak on the other for 20 min to smoke.
Cooked over hot fire 5 min one side then 3 min other.
Served with Mac & cheese & asparagus.
