Chicken Dinner
« Reply #-1 on: October 26, 2014, 09:50:28 PM »
It has been a couple of weeks since, I have been able to grill.  Just have been busy with life.  So today felt and tasted good.  It was beautiful out today also, 78 and sunny.  Did up some thighs with Weber Roasted Garlic rub.  It is a tasty one for chicken.   I am on my 3rd bottle  of it.  Also grilled some avacado and garlic bread.  Everything came out great, I used two handfuls of Hickory chips. Used the Weber kettle today, I love that thing.  Cook time was around an hour for everything.  Timing was good today also.  So everything got done at the same time.  Hope everyone else's day was just a beautiful as ours was here.
