Wings on the Kettle
« Reply #-1 on: November 02, 2014, 09:08:18 AM »
Last time I did wings on the Weber I did them circling the heat, this time I put the heat on the ends and lined the wings down the center, I needed to add a rack for more space. I think the circle gives me more space. Both ways make some outstanding wings.

I season with S/P/G and I like to add some smoke when I cook the wings on the weber. Adds great color and flavor.

First run at doing wings back early Oct.

Heat on the ends, wings lined down the center (we do a lot of wings)

About 45 minutes in

Half sauced and half no sauce.

Nice wings! Add a couple of cold beers and a good football game and it would be perfect.

Great lookin' wings !!

I've done them both ways, too. Where did you get the rack?

Something leftover from one of my earlier cookers. I'm thinking a Ronco cooker that had IR with a dome but not sure.

OK, cleared a few memory cobwebs. It was a new nuwave and this is close to the rack I use but mine isn't adjustable and less than $6 delivered with prime
