A trimmed rack of spares that were seasoned with Smokin Guns Hot and Smokin Guns Sweet heat rubs.
After 30 minutes of 180 degree smoke. I am using the Grid Iron today and burning hickory pellets.
The temperature was bumped up to 225 at this time.
Ribs were wrapped after 3 hours. Here they are after 1.5 hours in foil. I added some potatoes earlier and some corn now to the Grid Iron.
The ribs were glazed with a homemade Blackberry BBQ sauce. Ingredients were a ½ cup of SBR, ½ cup
of Blackberry jam and 2 tablespoons of honey.

Dinner was delicious! The BBQ sauce was awesome and that came from my wife who is normally real picky about BBQ sauces.
