Wings and Legs
« Reply #-1 on: November 16, 2014, 06:07:11 PM »
Wings seasoned with Mo Rockin and Legs seasoned with Smokin Guns Sweet Heat.
Cooked on the Weber Kettle using the Vortex.  Potato recipe came from this place:

Everything turned out scrumptious!

Yep...The top of the Vortex sits about 1 inch from the grate. It works real good with just a chunk or two of wood.

Just printed out the potato recipe.  Those look delicious, as do your wings.    Hmmmm.   Bit cool outside to grill those things now--8 degrees!   Maybe tomorrow DURING THE DAY!
