Cleaning the Portable Kitchen

Doesn't get much easier when it comes to charcoal clean up:

With the lid in the closed position, simply lift it off


Here is the charcoal that was used for two cooks. The PK really shuts the air out and you can use the remaining charcoal. The PK can really help on charcoal usage


Scoop out and save the charcoal and remove the charcoal grate

Simply lift the bottom from the stand and pour out the ashes


and you are ready for the next cook!
