Home-cured ham -- ideas?
« Reply #-1 on: December 04, 2014, 06:54:47 AM »
I've been asked by my editor for an article on home-cured and smoked ham...

I've done bacon before so I'm thinking it's the same process but does anyone have suggestions?

Thanks!

Or....look in the Charcuterie section. All we ask is that you give credit to LTBBQ and the thread OP in the article.

I have done Chris' recipe a number of times and it has come out very good each time.
