Wife says it was good and wants more.   I would agree.

Lots of left overs.  Let's do pretzel stuffed with meatloaf.

And going to need dessert

Boy, does that look good!!  I mentioned to my wife recently that it has been a long time since we had any meatloaf.  I love the leftovers for sandwiches.

Do tell us more about the pretzels.  That looks most interesting.

Was going to make pretzels for the kids.  Found Alton Browns recipe for pretzels.  They are pretty easy to make even for me.

http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/alton-brown/homemade-soft-pretzels-recipe.html

As I was making pretzels found I had more dough and lots if meatloaf.  Rolled dough into snake about thickness of roll of quarters.  Pinched of about inch to inch and a half and flattened like making a pizza.  Cut meatloaf into half inch strips.  Then folded dough over meatloaf and cooked per recipe.

They were pretty good.
