Michelangelo had his Sistine Chapel & Da Vinci had his Mona Lisa.......Well you now have this roast......one of the greats of all time......but the others did not eat their work of art they left it for all of us to enjoy :D

That is as perfect as can be with the color extending from every edge - no "gray." Nice, no, excellent job! The rest of the plate looks great too!
