Now this is a fun rib thread, all we need is for Sparky to join us  ;D ;D

After 1.5 hours of cold smoke, I got the Traeger fired up and ran the ribs for 5.5 hours at 250

Removed the ribs from the rib racks and foiled em up with some apple juice.

Pics in just a bit.......................
