We are following the Tendarub instructions:

Pork ribs trimmed St.Louis style with silver remained

Applied some Honey Rib Rub from Fathers Country Hams to both sides

Shook the bottle well (that was scary) and applied Tendarub to both sides

Went outside and fired up a full chimney of Royal Oak Briquettes...( Smoochy is still afraid of Charcoal Starters)

Spread out an even layer of fully lit coals in the PK Grill.

The instructions say to grill at medium heat (275-300) I will let the grills get past the heat curve and it is on and popping

Instructions call for applying Tendarub 3-4 times during the first half hour. We are flipping and basting every 7 minutes then will just flip every 7 minutes after the first half hour.......had to adjust the vents on the Pk to cut down on the char

My neighbor came out and says whatever I am cooking sure smells good......I have to agree.......these ribs smell good......
