Decided to do up a Ham today, and at the last minuet through on some green beans and mushroom soup.
Nothing real special, just got a already cooked/smoked ham at the store this morning, added Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kodiak River Rub, Salt, Pepper. Put on the grill at 225* and let it go till it was 145* IT. Put the Beans on when the ham was 100*. Total cook time was just over 5hrs.
Kept enough of the leftovers to make some sammies for work this week, and then froze the rest to be used for Ham Lima Bean Pot Pie at a later date.
