The more I read about these PK's the more I think of getting one as my permanent RV traveling grill/smoker. I've had a great time taking half my outdoor kitchen gear with me on road trips but I admit its getting to be a PIA to load and unload 3-4 of my cookers every trip. A PK or maybe two, that can be left in the RV for road trips just might be the solution.
There is a reason the PK Grill has been around since 1952. It originated in Texas. The guy used to sell em out of his 57 Chevy. If you are on the fence about getting a PK grill/smoker, just look at these excellent cooks by Sparky Heck, my PK came out unscathed from the Tendarub Challenge
So the PK has 306 square inches and the Weber 363 square inches. Would I miss the extra real Estate?
