Been busy
« Reply #-1 on: February 17, 2015, 06:56:50 PM »
Sorry I haven't been on lately.. Personal crap and life gets busy but I have still been cooking!
Made some gyros

Some tandori chicken marsala with saffron rice and butter fried corn

And some pulled beef

All while dealing with a crazy amount of snow

Good to be back on the grid..

Everything looks amazing-- I'm with Pappy, would love to hear more about the gyros!   And that sauce for the tandori chicken marsala!
