Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

Baby Bella Shrooms diced up, half an yellow onion also, about four cloves of garlic and two handfuls of Baby Spinach. After sauteing add a little Crushed Red Pepper, Savory, Sage and fresh ground pepper.

Trim the silver skin and excess fat and I cut it like you see here, then place your stuffing inside and press down into the cuts

Put together and tie, Tarragon Kosher and fresh ground on top

On the Genni, basted half way through with melted butter and diced garlic

Inside for a rest, came out nice

On the table with some Spanish Yellow Rice and a nice salad
