Chicken salad tostadas
« Reply #-1 on: February 23, 2015, 11:25:06 PM »
This started with chicken on the weber rotisserie. Seasoned with special seasoning. Send me a message and I can tell you what it is. My friend Scott gave me this and it's great.

Done.

Shredded the whole chicken then
We added 2 cans of mixed vegetables and about 1/2 cup of mayo and sour cream and a little salt.

Let's eat

Thanks for looking

That is a beautiful bird - no matter what you do with it - and the salad looks incredible.

Never thought of adding mixed veg to chicken salad... usually just rosemary, S&P and mayo...

30 + inches of snow over the past month... kinda hard to get to the grills <lol>

Been doing a lot of indoor cooking but stuff that's not BBQ related... just did a whole series for Fiery Foods on cooking a variety of lambs.
