Nicely done, very impressed even with transit time included!
Yeah, my mom & dad are getting older. We've always had dinner together on the weekends, but with their health declining and their income doing the same, I've taken over the main course each week. My sister, her husband, along with my daughter and husband are usually there, too. It's like the Sunday dinners at my grandparents' house back in So. Philly.
So, if I'm doing anything except oven chicken or burgers, I have to start it at home on one of my cookers and factor in the drive over to their house. Fortunately, I've got a tigh sealing cooler - I call it my Camfaux - so while I'm on the road, I don't lose much except time. And like I noted, we like late dinners on the weekends ! ! !
