Had a Growler Lately?
« Reply #-1 on: March 08, 2015, 02:34:42 PM »
Mar 08 2015

I think this is new around here, Our son gave me a jug along with a beer glass for my birthday. Looks kind of like a neat idea. I was still under the weather some when he brought mine so we waited a week before he came down last Friday and we tapped the jug. I thought it was good and just poured a glass that still tastes great!

Glad you are back on your feet (although if you drink that Growler, you might be knocked off your feet!)
Looking forward to your cooks and pictures.

That'll cure what "ales" you!   ::)

Glad to see your posts, as always.

This weekend a friend brought over a growler of Salted Caramel Porter from a local brewery-- we really enjoyed it!   There are all sorts of growler-fill stations popping up around these parts, and there's even a local grocery in Salem that has one inside the grocery store!!  You can bring in your growlers and they'll wash and fill them with local brews while you get your groceries.     Now THAT is one stop shopping!  :)
