entire meal looks great....i was particularly keen when I read you were having it with a malbec.  malbec is my favorite grape and the price point for some tasty selections is quite reasonable.

Sort of.  They're craisins.  I'm supposed to eat more vegetables, fruits and grains.  Marcia incorporates them whenever she can.  I love everything about her but I love some things a little less than others.

BTW, the steak is out of shape 'cause she sliced it "to look inside" while it was resting.  Yeah, a little less than others.

OK, raisins are rotten grapes, so craisins are rotten cranberries? Steak still looks good.

Gotta disagree a bit - craisins are pretty darn good! And I agree the steak is perfect.

Well, he has a point.  Today I eat sun dried tomatoes.  A few years ago I would have called them rotten and thrown them out.
