My wife just went out of town for ten days.  I am already planning a Sparky style set of cooks.  Bought three racks of BBs.  May only do one and then save the others for later.  Bought some good looking burger to make some real hamburgers.  Also bought some blue cheese crumbles.  Lots of possibilities there.  Also working on a bacon-inspired dish that I enjoyed recently at a local restaurant.  I'll be posting this one as soon as I finish preparing it.  If you like bacon, you'll love this one!!

Just another "teaser".  Tee is coming over on Saturday.  He will get to sample the "bacon-inspired" dish first hand.  I am hoping to be able to post the pictures late Saturday.  I am taking Tee to school!!  Actually, he is attending a cooking class with me all about "Sensory Analysis", the pairing of flavors and foods.  Should be interesting and fun.
