Simple burgers
« Reply #-1 on: March 11, 2015, 12:44:42 AM »
last week I received some grill grates from a member of this site. Thank you.
You know who you are.... ;)

It's all started with a few of this....

We prep the meat with parsley, garlic, onion.egg, bread crumbs

Don't worry I'm a trained professional.... 8)

The brown nuggets next to the burgers were frozen jalapeño poppers. I just grilled them rather than stick them in the microwave.
Thank you for stopping by

Gorgeous pics! I especially love the burgers on the flaming grill. Fantastic grill marks. There is NOTHING in the world like a flame grilled burger with all the fixin's. In my opinion, it's America's contribution to international cuisine...

With all the South of the Border specialties Tony has been cooking up, he definitely has the red, white and blue flowing thru his veins with burgers like that on the grill. :)

Great cook Tony...you are getting us hungry  :P :P

Excellent photos and great looking burgers. Looks like you have already mastered those grill grates - can't wait to see more.
