Burnt Ends on the Weber
« Reply #-1 on: March 22, 2015, 06:20:15 PM »
With all the great posts lately using chuck for burnt ends. I wanted to give it a whirl. Followed advice from birthday boy Tent.
Chuck spent five hours on the Weber with some pecan wood. Then I brought it into the house to finish in the oven.

These little nuggets of deliciousness really hit the spot.

Still had some heat on the Weber, so I threw a few shrimp on the barbie.
