I thought that the saying was, "No good deed goes unpunished."  (At least, that's how it's always worked for me.)

Apparently, Smoke has found a way around that rule ! ! ! !

Rules are made to be broken, but I am the kind of person who can run a stop sign on a rural road at 3 in the morning and still get caught. Old Smoke has to stay between the lines at all times  ;D

Got this very well used grill somewhat back to Smokes standards of greasiness/cleanliness. Put a little kingsford in there with some live oak splits to get smelling smokey again  8) 8) I found a cool spot to keep it on the side of the house until we can re-do the deck out back (want to make a covered patio/rear deck combo)

Built a small stack of coals and grilled up a couple of dry aged boneless rib-eyes


This grill cooks just the way I remember it did...darn good  8)
