Those ribs look good, Don.  I think I'll cook me some today.

Ribs are my favorite BBQ meal and yet For some reason it is one of the hardest for me to get right. 

I've quit wrapping and have gone to 225 for about 6 hours.  Sometimes they are great and sometimes too dry. I think today I'm going to try 275 for 4 or so hours.
