It was all Tragerized (is there such a word)
« Reply #-1 on: March 24, 2015, 08:57:34 PM »
I had a brisket flat in the freezer and decided to cook it today.  I followed Hub's Beginner's Brisket Tutorial (can't call something that lengthy a recipe :)  ) exactly,, except I cooked it to 205 rather than 195, as Hub recommended.  It was very tender and moist and I was pleased with the result.  Also cooked some sweet potatoes and corn on the cobb on the T. Jr. and enjoyed a tasty dinner.  The corn was seasoned with olive oil and Savory Spices BBQ rub.
