I am gonna have to let the little green guy grill  more often!!





What grill today Smooch...oh oh Smoochy is takin a shine to Ole Red!!


Grilled up just fine


In this order:  Pepper Jack Cheese, Low sodium bacon, more cheese and more bacon!!!!!

The rub was lo sodium and the bacon was lo sodium...baby steps my friend...baby steps...in fact, a few more meals like this and all I will be taking will be baby steps!!  ;D

Just watch the sodium in the cheese...it is sneaky - but a lot of salt in some cheeses.

Sammiches look awesome tho!
