Terry, that is a great looking smoker. I love the way those ribs turned out.

There is a guy in Houston that has a trailer just like yours. He parks it next to a Shell station at Pinemont and Ella and sells bbq brisket and ribs right off the trailer. He has got to be making a killing because he has customers waiting in line all the time. He can cook a lot of good meat on that smoker.

Never used a tank like that and I know there is a learning curve, looks like you got yours dialed in nice
