Rack of Lamb
« Reply #-1 on: April 19, 2015, 07:30:15 AM »
It was a real nice day here in Washington State on Saturday. It was 72° and blue skies. The wife picked up a preseasoned Rack of lamb I cooked on the weber kettle. This is the #2 cook on the kettle.

I like them well done

My wife  would love the way you cook you rack of lamb.  I am more of a medium rare to medium kind of guy.  Looks good.  I'd still eat that.
