I have an extra 9ft market umbrella and 20lb umbrella stand I use to when it is raining. I can move it to cover whichever cooker I might be using on the deck. Works good unless it is a driving/blowing rain, then I am not out there cooking anyway.

WOW, those look great.  This cook is going to have me try that sriracha on at least one of my next racks.
