Blackened
« Reply #-1 on: May 02, 2015, 04:23:31 PM »
I wanted to do a steak and some tuna for the wife. As I blackened her tuna I decided to do the same to my steak. Glad I did.

Some EVOL and blackened season

Getting the grill ready for a direct sear. I turn the charcoal baskets over

Load a 1/3 or so basket of hot coals on the inverted baskets

3 minutes, flip, 3 minutes, done and resting while I do the tuna

Tuna looks ready

Blackened is good eats.

Love to cook and eat
