Bad Weather will not stop The Smoke

When The Smoke wants to grill, The Smoke will grill.

The weather outside is frightful


and there is some snow on the grill


but gosh darnit....I'm grillin


Got some ribeyes thawed out and rubbed with Bob Tallmans Stampede Steak seasoning


Plated up and gonna chow and then build a fire and thaw out.........

Great cook Smoke,and we dodged freeze point,at least at my house,a fine wetting it was!Bensweather.com says another cold possible coming weekend,he has the best weather forecasts here IMO.
