Excellent my gosh just excellent.
Tell us more about the bacon wrap rib, IE smoke taste or not overall taste, tenderness and so on.

Well this was last year but I do remember they were really really tender. The bacon had some smokiness but not a ton. They were hands down the best ribs I have ever made!

Once upon a time I considered myself a beer drinker..then I went to Octoberfest in Munich, Germany and realized I would not even rate amateur status..more recently I started to consider myself a cook, then I see something like this and once again realize I am nowhere close....great stuff
