More BB's
« Reply #-1 on: June 17, 2015, 11:30:09 AM »
So wife invited some new folks to my base so thought I should do a warm welcoming.

So one they were done getting rubbed, i
put them in the fridge for a little bit prior to throwing them on. One rack got mustard, three pigs kc touch of cherry and fine swine and bovine. The other rack got mustard, three pigs kc sweet and super pig.
Thought I'd try some tenderloin steaks as well.
.
They went on for 2 hrs on smoke. Once the time was up, I wrapped them in foil with melted butter and brown sugar. Then poured some apple juice in as well. Wrapped them up tight and are now back on for two more hrs

Ok so couldn't get pix after the got unfoiled andput back in for another hour or so and then sauced.
So photo I took didn't work, so no photo of the after results :(

They came out a little dry but could focus my time since my dog decided to puke on new carpet and our company were about to show.

My wife used to be the same way... Until she started trying some of my food.  First the smell made her want to try, then the food did the rest.  I keep getting better with each cook so it only makes her wanting more.

She's always been like that. Anything on a bone was a no go. But she started a vegan or vegetarian diet. Lol I didn't mind as long as I can keep my eating habits that same.lol
