A great tasting dinner
« Reply #-1 on: July 13, 2015, 10:25:00 AM »
I roasted some potato wedges drizzled with olive oil and Montreal steak spice and a Beer can chicken rubbed with a homemade Cajun rub in the Akorn Kamado with oak lump and peach wood for smoke. It tasted as good as it looks.
