Chicken for Saturday nights dinner (Thanks Sparky)
« Reply #-1 on: July 25, 2015, 10:52:12 PM »
Sparky had sent some rubs for me to try and one of them was Big Dick's (Dry Rub)

I smashed the chicken and added the rub then cooked on the Grill-2-Go grill with some smoke for flavor.

Some fine tasting rub for sure.  Thanks Sparky  ;) ;) ;)

Really is good stuff.     Sparky just text me and said glad you liked it, man what's not to like this stuff is great!

Smoke, I'm sure you have tried it, but how is it on pork?

not for pork.

pork = rib rub / big kahuna.  equal parts.  excellent.

salmon = big kahuna

beef ribs = steak-it

margarette = white fish and shrimp

curry = rice and popcorn
