Quick and tasty lunch
« Reply #-1 on: July 26, 2015, 01:28:48 PM »
I marinated some pork tenderloin for 30 minutes with olive oil, s&p, lemon juice, oregano and siracha sauce. On the Kamado with onions and warming up some naan bread.

A little tzatziki sauce on top and lunch was served. The wife decided she wanted salad instead, so I ate both.

"Vegetarian" is an old Indian word for bad hunter.
