out door cookin' is therapy for me no matter how hot and humid. 
today I was cookin' some ribs in the offset and decided to do a video to try to explain how I work with it.

I liked it too.  I never seen anyone cook with the fire box open before.  Keep going.  Love the videos.

Jack, Excellent video and excellent explanation.  This is sort of like old time cooking before there was all this fancy equipment we have today.  He really have it down and understand it sooooo verrrrryyy  weelllll.  Dee

I also told CB the same thing I told you. I guess nobody listens to me because I am 2dum.

You and CB would be perfect for your own outdoor cooking show. Would be much better and more entertaining than Steven Raichlen and his weird droll personality.
