Yessir! Pretty easy
Dice a mango (ataulfo mango is my favorite )
Dice jalapeno pepper
Dice Fresno pepper (or red pepper)
Dice red onion
Chop some cilantro
A pinch of toasted ground cumin.
A touch of salt
A good squeeze of lime,

Mix all that mess and let it be at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Then taste and adjust lime juice, salt or if you want some heat add a pinch of chipotle powder..

For one mango I use about 2 tablespoons each of the other solid ingredients. I don't have a concrete formula, I just dice and mix.

You should try it with fish tacos. G goodness Gracious!
