Low & Slow Belly
« Reply #-1 on: August 11, 2015, 09:45:04 PM »
Did a belly today on the Akorn.

I started with frying up some bacon.

Didnt need the bacon, just the grease.

Added Scotts to the grease for basting.

Vac sealed thawed belly, skinned.

Ready to score the belly.

Akorn heated, standing at 225.

Getting close.

Ready to chop, shred or however it comes out.

Oh yeah
