Beef Ribs on the Kettle

I've seen a couple of Beef Ribs posted lately and found these at a great price and went for it.


Some EVOO and S/P/G. That's all


They have been on for about three hours - getting some char on them now.


Looks good


And they were delish and meaty


Love to cook and eat
