Old Smokey and Beef Ribs
« Reply #-1 on: September 26, 2015, 09:40:23 PM »
Decided to make some beef ribs on Smokey.
So I made a snake of charcoal and added some wood chunks.

It started raining so I put the homemade "pizza oven" top on the top of the Smokey.

Forgot to take any pics while it was cooking but here is the final product.

Another great cook on the Smokey.
Why couldn't Noah have swatted the 2 mosquitoes?.

Dayum, those look good!

I thought I'd found a source for some at Wally World, and was going to give them a try this afternoon.  But, no such luck.

Guess I'll look for 'em at Restaurant Depot next week.
