Pork Country style ribs With the Tip Top Temp
« Reply #-1 on: September 27, 2015, 09:24:10 PM »
Seasoned the ribs with Tim's swine and bovine seasoning

Pictures of the tip top temp. I really like this temp controller, it works really well once you get it dialed in.

Cooked to 155 F while watching the Seahawks

They turned out tender and juicy after a low and slow 5 hour cook.

Very nice looking ribs. It's great how the Tip Top holds the temperatures.

Just kept turning it up until it quit closing until I reached about 240 F. Took about an hour to dial it in to about a 3 setting.

it just sits there and stays put quite well. Never had to reposition it the entire cook as I did remove the lid about four times.
